Born on April 13, 1983, in Viluco, Chile, Bravo has established himself as one of the finest goalkeepers in world football. His impressive career has taken him to some of the biggest clubs in the world, where he has consistently performed at the highest level.
Bravo began his career with Colo-Colo in his home country before moving to Real Sociedad in Spain. He spent eight seasons with Sociedad, where he made over 200 appearances and earned a reputation as one of the best goalkeepers in La Liga.
In 2014, Bravo signed with Barcelona, where he won two La Liga titles and a Champions League title. He then moved to Manchester City in the English Premier League in 2016, where he spent three seasons before joining Real Betis in La Liga in 2020.
Bravo is also the captain of the Chilean national team and has represented his country with distinction in multiple international tournaments, including the 2010 and 2014 World Cups, and the 2015 and 2016 Copa America tournaments, both of which Chile won.
Off the field, Bravo is known for his calm and composed demeanor, as well as his dedication and professionalism. He is a true leader both on and off the pitch, and his contributions to the sport of football are truly invaluable.
